Box-IT
Challenge: 

Box-IT provides document management services, including scanning and box storage. However, they were struggling with an ailing Goldmine implementation that suffered from poor user adoption.

Solution: 

The Goldmine data was fully migrated to Salesforce to deliver a ‘single view of the truth’, and a common sales process. A partner portal was also implemented, allowing the various franchises to easily sell and market in collaboration with Box-IT.

Results: 

Efficient – improved sales proficiency

Mobile – data enabled on the move, increasing productivity

Collaborative – allows for greater marketing teamwork to super-charge sales
